Every resident of Blue Sky Heights who meets the guidelines of Article II of the Blue Sky Heights Water Users Association bylaws, is entitled to one voting membership.

Our board members are volunteers who are nominated and voted on by the members of the association, and serve a two year term.  For their efforts all board members are granted complementary water from the association.

The BSHWUA system operator is paid $425 a month to be on call and do general water system maintenance.  In the event of a break or other water system issues, he is paid $50 dollars an hour for his service.

The BSHWUA treasurer is paid $225 a month to manage the associations finances.

BSHWUA also pays a webmaster $225 to manage the associations webpage and handle incoming and outgoing information based on a vote during the 2016 annual meeting.
